The Assignment
For the past eleven years while we have been acquiring and assembling the WSA properties for the Seattle arena site (see Case Study- Seattle Arena Proposed), the Vipond Group has also been in charge of all leasing, tenant, property and asset management issues for the portfolio. To date we have negotiated hundreds of leases creating millions of dollars in revenue to reduce holding costs for the investor group while they attempt to obtain an NBA franchise.
We currently lease and manage over 595,351 SF with 65 core tenants and hundreds of parking tenancies.
