For the past six years while we have been acquiring and assembling the WSA properties for the Seattle arena site (see Case Study- Seattle Arena Proposed), the Vipond Group has also been in charge of all leasing, tenant, and asset management issues for the portfolio. To date we have negotiated over a hundred leases creating millions of dollars in revenue to reduce holding costs for the investor group while they attempt to obtain an NBA franchise.
We currently lease and manage over 553,000 SF with 60 core tenants and hundreds of parking tenancies.
